CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid any cancellation fees, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining service balance. Appointments canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-call/no-shows, will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance. Services may not be downgraded or changed to a lower-priced service at the time of your appointment. The service reserved is the time specifically set aside for you. If you choose to receive a lower-priced service upon arrival, you will still be responsible for paying the full amount of the originally booked service. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and a 100% charge of the remaining service balance.
